\n| \n Dear Restaurateur: \n\n \; \n\n The Town of Fairfield is pleased to extend this invitation for you to participate in the 4th \;Annual \;Fairfield Restaurant Week \;to be held \;October 11-17\, 2015. \n\n \; \n\n Fairfield Restaurant Week is a week-long\, town-wide celebration of the culinary arts in Fairfield. \; Participating restaurants are asked to offer patrons a discounted prix fixe menu within three suggested price points or other special menu option for Restaurant Week. \; Activities will be held throughout Fairfield to provide restaurant patrons with things to do and more of a "\;night out"\; experience. \n\n \; \n\n The fee to participate will be $250 per restaurant. Funds will be used toward marketing/promotional expenses for the event. \n\n \; \n\n As an added promotion and to encourage visits to multiple restaurants during Restaurant Week\, the Town will create and distribute a passport that patrons can have stamped at participating restaurants. \; Passports with two or more stamps from participating restaurants will be entered into a special raffle drawing. \; Raffle prizes will be solicited from other Fairfield establishments\, with emphasis on those that provide complimentary services to restaurants. \n\n \; \n\n We are also pleased to announce that this year \;Fairfield Magazine\, in celebration of its 10thAnniversary\,will kick-off Fairfield Restaurant Week with a "\;Taste of Fairfield"\; event on October 11th \;in the Fairfield Public Library'\;s Bruce S. Kershner Gallery. This event will feature a friendly "\;Best Dish"\; competition in which you will have an added opportunity to showcase your most popular culinary creations.
